Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for memberships canceled partway through a billing cycle. Should you choose to cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, whether it is monthly, yearly, or lifetime.

The owner of SimpleStacks Investments reserves the right to consider refunds, discounts, or other adjustments on a case-by-case basis, at their sole discretion. While we are committed to providing quality service, any exceptions made in one instance do not obligate us to apply similar considerations in other cases.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by submitting a support ticket on the Discord server. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your membership before the renewal date of the current month.

Once you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will terminate. Please note that canceling your membership is non-refundable.

To cancel your membership, log into your Launchpass Portal and follow the cancellation procedures.

By paying for your membership with SimpleStacks Investments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
